With over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, Babak founded LADU to make it easy to build an ADU on your property in Los Angeles.
Lucía Bassetti-Blum
ADU Designer
Lucía studied architecture at Cornell University and has been working as an architect for over 10 years, starting her career in New York City before moving to Los Angeles in 2021.
Robert Carter
Engineer
Robert worked in digital marketing & analytics for 15 years, where he played key roles in the growth of Braintree, Blue Buffalo, ActiveCamapaign, and many other companies. He recently pivoted to software development with a focus on on building solutions for analytics, product, and growth.
Cyrus Vorwalk
Engineer
Cyrus Vorwald is a software engineer with a background in financial services and blockchain technology. He has held key roles at organizations including ICON Foundation, JPMorgan Chase, and Robotic Research, and brings a strong foundation in computer science from the University of Maryland.
Gustavo Rojas
Operations
Gustavo is a project manager with a background in construction and real estate.
